offers a 14 day full money back guarantee (less shipping
and handling) when clubs are returned in NEW condition. Please note: NEW means no ball marks,
scuffs, nicks, blemishes, dents, discolorations, chips,
alterations, or any changes to the original condition of the
club upon first receipt by the buyer. If you are unsure
about the clubs or have buyer's remorse, place masking tape of
the sole and face
of the clubs prior to hitting to preserve the new condition.
Return
policy: You
may return an item for refund within 14 days of
the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are
non-refundable. All returns must be shipped prepaid at the customer's expense.
Returned items must be in NEW condition to receive a full
refund. Items returned within 14 days for refund or replacement which are not
in NEW condition are subject to minimum restocking fee of 20% of the
original value of the item(s). The restocking fee is subject to
change, will vary
according to the condition of the returned product, and will be
deducted from your refund. Please note: NEW means no ball marks,
scuffs, nicks, blemishes, dents, discolorations, chips,
alterations, or any changes to the original condition of the
club upon first receipt by the buyer. If you are unsure

Any item designated as a special order item is subject to a 30%
restocking fee. Special order items include drivers with
shaft upgrades exceeding $40 and/or lofts less than 9 degrees. Any
sale, closeout, or demo merchandise is a final sale and is
not eligible for return.

Precision GolfCrafters warrants to the original consumer only, that
our golf clubs will be free from defects in materials and
workmanship during normal use for two years from the original purchase date, provided
the product has not been abused, altered
or misused, or otherwise damaged through the act or neglect of the
consumer. This warranty does not apply to normal wear or damage from use, abnormal use,
misuse, abuse, neglect or accidents. Any products which have been repaired
or modified other than by Golfcrafters are not covered by our
warrantee or guarantee and do not qualify for return and will void the
warranty and/or guarantee.
If a defect develops during the warranty period,
Precision GolfCrafters, at its sole option, will repair the defect or replace the
defective product with the same or equivalent product upon prompt
return to Precision GolfCrafters.
Defective products must be authorized for return from a
Golfcrafters' representative. To make a warranty claim, contact
Precision GolfCrafters at customerservice@golfcrafters.com
for instructions on
how to make a warranty claim. The consumer is
responsible for shipping charges to return the defective product.
Precision GolfCrafters will pay shipping charges to return the repaired or
replacement product to the consumer.
LIMITATIONS ON WARRANTIES
1)
Warranty claims will be handled at Precision GolfCrafters' sole discretion.
2)
Any repaired or replaced product will be warranted
from the original date of the product purchased, not
from the replacement date.
3)
ALL WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY STATE LAW, INCLUDING
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE, ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY
SET FORTH ABOVE.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an
implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ANY WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY STATE LAW AS HEREBY

you. The are no other warranties that extend beyond the face hereof.

Taxes; Shipping Charges.
Customer is responsible for all
shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes which may be
levied on the sale, license, or use of Precision GolfCrafters products, including
without limitation duties, customs, GST, and withholding taxes.
Customer will reimburse Precision GolfCrafters for any such charges or taxes.
Orders; Payment; No Resale.
Orders are subject to acceptance
by Precision GolfCrafters. Payment must be received by Precision GolfCrafters
prior to Precision GolfCrafters' acceptance of an order and must be made by credit card or
other prearranged payment method. Customer shall pay interest on all
past-due sums at the highest rate allowed by law.
Limited Warranties; Limited Liability.
THE LIMITED
WARRANTIES AND LIMITED LIABILITY APPLICABLE TO PRECISION GOLFCRAFTERS PRODUCTS ARE
AVAILABLE ONLINE.
Governing Law.
This contract shall be governed by the laws
of Texas (except as pertaining to conflicts of law), excluding
the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale
of Goods. The parties hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of
and venue in the federal and/or state courts located in Travis County,
Texas for all claims arising out of or relating to this
contract.
General Legal Provisions.
Customer shall comply with all
applicable laws and regulations, including U.S. export laws. The terms
and conditions set forth herein constitute the entire contract between
Precision GolfCrafters and Customer. Any modifications of this contract must be in
writing and signed by both parties. The waiver by one party of any
default of the other party shall not waive subsequent defaults of the
same or different kind. Neither party shall be responsible for any
failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances or to causes beyond
its control.
